- Outline your website process and timeline
- Schedule your Website Interview
- Walk through key PhysioFunnels features
Goal: Website interview scheduled and kickoff complete by Week 2
We connect you with relevant team members:
1. Workshop Engineer – for workshop event planning and lead gen
- Onboarding call booked
- Bi-weekly calls begin
2. Google Ads Manager – for launching paid campaigns
- Onboarding call to set up access and discuss strategy
- Ads live within 30 days
Goal: All specialist onboarding completed by Week 3–4
Begin your Success Coaching:
- Weekly 1:1 training calls for 6–8 weeks
- Learn to master PhysioFunnels (can include your team)
Website built and delivered within 60 days of your interview
Google Ads (if applicable) live within 30 days
Goal: Platform mastery and launch readiness by Week 6–8
After initial onboarding, you transition to:
- Lifelong Support from the PhysioFunnels team
- Continued access to training for you and new staff
- Optional coaching, campaign support, or workshops as needed
